Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy from received date for all new items, starting from the day you receive your item, to request a return.
For used items we have a 7-day return policy from received date, which means you have a 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for new item. For used items your item must be worse than the original listing of the products condition rating. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for all returns regardless of being new or used. Please fell free to add any photos you wish to document for the reason stated in your email for the return. As this will help us to better serve you in the return/refundable process.
We reserve the right to decline return requests if patterns of abuse, such as frequent returns or use of items before returning, are detected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized returns, or returns sent without prior approval, will not be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), digital items (downloads, one time purchases, or any other type of digital content), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, digital items, used electronics, or gift cards.
Digital items as stated up above are non-returnable, and they are also non-refundable. Some or all Exceptions / non-returnables may also fall under non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
